Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, & in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how & where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Item:
As our pieces are preloved or vintage there may be signs of minor wear & tear. All damages/flaws will be noted in the products description & product photos. Please make sure to read over product descriptions & look at all product photos prior to purchasing items. There are no refunds for damage, where it has been noted in the products description or product photos.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it & contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged (excluding damages listed in product descriptions or photos), or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept refunds on sale items or gift cards. For all sale items you can however, receive a store credit (valid for 3 years) or exchange the item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:
You may exchange all full price & sale products (excluding gift cards). For all full priced items if the product you choose to exchange to is less expensive we will refund you the difference. If the product is more expensive you will need to pay the difference (please note that products will not be dispatched until full payment has been made).
For all sale items if the product you choose to exchange to is less expensive you will be issued a store credit of the difference, which is valid for 3 years. Store Credit:
Store credits will be issued once the item has been returned. All store credits are issued via email (to the email address we have on file) & are valid for 3 years. You will be issued a store credit for the value of the item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the item on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that there is a $10 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via email at lemonlanevintage@outlook.com.
